Let’s Talk Studio Stuff (aka The Fine Print You’ll Want to Know)
Please Arrive On-Time
To keep everyone safe and ensure a smooth class experience, we have a 5-minute late policy. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after class starts, we won’t be able to let you in, and your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
If you're new to the studio, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early. This gives us time to get you checked in, show you around, and walk you through the Megaformer. For your safety and comfort, we’re not able to allow first-time clients to join if they arrive late.

Choose Your Package Wisely
All sales are final. Class packages are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be prorated. Please reach out with any questions before purchasing — we’re happy to help you find the best fit!

We do our best to keep you in the loop, but class times and instructors are subject to change without notice. Thanks for rolling with us!
Book It Like a Boss
All class reservations must be made through our online booking system or mobile app. It’s quick, easy, and always up to date!
Late Cancels & No-Shows: What You Need to Know
We get it — life happens! But because our class sizes are small and every spot counts, we keep a 12-hour cancellation policy in place for all classes, packages, and memberships. This gives everyone a fair chance to snag a spot.
All cancellations must be made online or in the app — we’re not able to accept cancellations by phone or email.
Here’s how it works:

Late Cancel (less than 12 hours before class):
– $15 fee
– You keep your class -
No Show (you don’t cancel and don’t show):
– $25 fee
– You keep your class
This applies to memberships, class packs, intro offers, and unlimited series.
Private sessions:
Late cancel or no show? You’ll be charged the full cost of the session, and it will be forfeited.
Need a little grace?
Missed class? Email us the same day, and we’ll do our best to let you keep your class with just the $15 fee.
Waitlist Wisdom
Plans change — we get it. If you’re on the waitlist and can’t make it, please remove yourself ASAP. We will never charge a fee for removing yourself from the waitlist. This is the best way to ensure that you are not charged for a class you can no longer attend, and to give every client the ability to join the waitlist and get added to their favorite class!
Here’s how it works:

If a spot opens more than 1 hour before class, you’ll be automatically added and notified via email.

If you're added within 12 hours of class and can no longer attend, you’re still responsible for late cancel or no-show fees.

Don’t rely on email and text alone — check your app or schedule to confirm your spot.

The waitlist closes 1 hour before class, and any available spots are fair game — so if you're eager to get in, keep checking the app!
Booked multiple classes in a day?
If you get into more than one, you’re responsible for all the spots — and any associated fees — even if it exceeds your current plan.
Membership Commitments & Cancellations
To cancel your membership, just email us at info@lagreehd.com or cancel through your online account.
Members are held to the terms of their original contract. If a membership is canceled early, an early termination fee equal to one month’s membership rate will apply.

Marketing emails and text messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in to receive them. Users may unsubscribe or opt out of marketing communications at any time through the provided unsubscribe link, text response options, or by contacting us directly.
We retain user information only as long as necessary to operate our services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records. Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting us directly. Upon request, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
We take reasonable security measures to protect user information and maintain the confidentiality of your data.
