IMPORTANT POLICY REMINDERS

 

Be on time! 
Late arrivals are not permitted. If you are late, you will lose the class. Arrive 10 minutes early to get acquainted with the studio and the Megaformer.‍

Socks are your friend! 
Grip Socks are required in all classes for the safety of our clients and our team. If you arrive to class without grip socks, we have options available for purchase at the studio ranging from $15-$20.

RESERVATION & CLASS PURCHASE POLICIES

 

Purchases-

All sales are final. All class packages are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be prorated.

 

Schedule-

While we will do our best to communicate changes to our schedule, please note that our schedule and trainers are subject to change without notice.

 

Reservations-

All reservations must be made through our online reservation platform.

Cancellation,late, and no show policies-

Please be aware we have a 12-hour cancellation policy.  Cancellations MUST be made ONLINE / in our APP. Cancellations are not accepted by calling or emailing the studio. Our12-hour cancellation policy applies to all classes, packages, and memberships.

If you late cancel any membership:

·       You will be charged $15.

·       You keep your class.

If you no show any membership:

·       You will be charged $20.

·       You do not lose your class.

If you late cancel any single, 5, 10 or 20-class packages:

·       You will be charged $10.

·       You keep your class.

If you no show any single, 5, 10 or 20-class packages:

·       You will be charged $20.

·       You do not lose your class.

If you late cancel any class on any 2 week intro packages, unlimited packages, monthly series or monthly auto-pay series class:

·       You will be charged $10.

·       You keep your class.

If you no show to any class on any 2 week intro packages, unlimited packages, monthly series or monthly auto-pay series:

·       You will be charged $20.

·       You dso not lose your class. 

If you late cancel or no show for a private class:

·       You will be charged the full cost of your private session.

·       You lose your private session. 

You may contact us to request to keep your class for another time and incur a $15 late cancel change fee instead. Requests MUST be made on the same day as the missed class in order to be accommodated.

ADDITIONAL FEES

 

Hold Fee-

A membership hold fee of $25 will be charged on any monthly Membership placed on hold. Memberships can be placed on hold by emailing info@lagree213.com The $25 contract hold fee will be waived if a doctor’s note is provided. Does not apply to the Founding Member Membership.

Insufficient Funds Fee-

If the bank processor and/or Lagree High Desert are unable to collect their fees because of insufficient funds, an NSF fee of $35 will be charged for each unsuccessful attempt.

 

Refund Processing Fee-

ALL Membership dues are non-refundable, paid in advance of service. A refund processing fee of $25 will be charged on any disputed charges.

 

Auto-Pay Cancellation-

To cancel auto-pay you must give 30 days notice by emailing info@lagreehd.com

 

Early Termination Fee-

Monthly renewing clients may cancel memberships by emailing the studio 30 days prior to the billing day of the month to be canceled. There are no refunds for membership fees and Lagree HD will not prorate a canceled membership. A $200 early termination fee for monthly contract memberships will be charged on any canceled membership prior to completing the original term of the agreement.

 

Lagree High Desert may alter its location, operating hours, type and quantity of equipment, and type and frequency of its classes from time to time in its sole discretion. Lagree Fitness training is an evolving science. Thus, Lagree HD reserves the right to change its routines, classes, and equipment to accommodate such evolution.

All efforts are made to keep our pricing and special promotions information up to date and accurate. Please contact us to confirm pricing and available membership options.

 

WAITLIST POLICY-

Please remove yourself from the waitist if you know you will not be able to make it to the class. If you are added to class within 12 -30 minutes prior to the start of class, you are responsible for the late cancellation or no show penalties. If you know you will not be able to attend, you can avoid these penalties by removing yourself from the waitlist. If added, you will be responsible for the fee associated with late cancelling or no showing, even in multiple classes booked on the same day. 

If a spot opens more than 30 minutes before class, you will automatically be added to that class and sent a confirmation email. BUT DO NOT DEPEND ON THAT EMAIL, as there are always spam problems, junk mail issues, and email server hiccups and crashes. Please log in and check your schedule to make sure you are enrolled.  This procedure protects you from being added to a class that you may no longer be able to attend, avoiding possible Late Cancel/No Show fees. If you Reserve/Wait List yourself for more than one class in a day, or more than is ultimately allowed by your current package, you are responsible for the purchase of and any cancellation penalties for all classes that you reserve and get bumped into from the Wait Lists.
