We work hard to create a culture of encouragement and community and develop an environment where you feel inspired to achieve your goals, whatever they may be!  We hope that every student leaves our classes feeling challenged and energized (and of course physically exhausted!)


We welcome students of every fitness level, shape, and size as The Lagree Method is adaptable to each client’s individual level and needs.  With only ten students per class, our instructors focus on each student's form and abilities and encourage everyone to achieve their fitness goals.  Lagree is personal training in a fun, small-group atmosphere.


Whether you are looking to enhance your skiing, golfing, skating, biking, or hiking ability and endurance, or simply improve your physical fitness for everyday life, Lagree HD will give you the tools to do it.
